Old Time Music featuring Dirk and Amelia Powell AND Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms

Dirk and Amelia Powell

Dirk and Amelia Powell are a father-daughter duo rooted in the bayous of Louisiana and the mountains of Kentucky. Amelia, granddaughter of legendary Cajun fiddler Dewey Balfa, grew up steeped in Cajun and Appalachian traditions, blending hard-driving guitar with soulful vocals. Dirk—long regarded as a “musician’s musician”—has shaped generations through his deeply expressive recordings and collaborations with artists including Joan Baez, Eric Clapton, Loretta Lynn, and Rhiannon Giddens.

Together, they honor their heritage while crafting original songs that carry the warmth, humor, and deep musical connection.

Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms

Caleb Klauder and Reeb Willms, beloved by roots music fans worldwide, are known for rich harmonies, driving dance tunes, and original songs grounded in the raw heart of rural American music.

Based in Washington’s San Juan Islands and long central to the Pacific Northwest old-time scene—through the Caleb Klauder Reeb Willms Country Band and the Foghorn Stringband—these charismatic performers bring high spirits, deep songs, and irresistible energy to the stage.
