$15/mo membership = host 1 evening or late afternoon events per year
or 8 hours of space use for rehearsals
$30/mo membership = host 2 evening or late afternoon events per year,
or 16 hours of space use
Events include access to the space at least 1 day ahead of event date.
Event rental includes use of the stage and
two Bose speakers with one control box and one Shure vocal mic.
It also includes all available seating, use of banquet tables,
all open space (that is not inside a studio or hosting an exhibit),
and use of the kitchenette/bathroom area and the green room.
Access to a laser projector is provided for an additional $15 per event.
Please note that rehearsals may need to be flexible around event reservations.
EVA is a non-profit organization that depends on funding from many sources, including the rental of our amazing space for events.
Space is limited, so we generally prioritize events that pertain to performances and exhibition of art, music, dance, spoken word, and other art forms.
We are also happy to provide our space at a significant discount to community arts organizations that are operating as a non-profit to benefit the greater Birmingham area.
