East Village Arts provides versatile, affordable spaces for performances, exhibitions, meetings, and workshops—all within Birmingham’s emerging East Lake arts district. Renting space at EVA means joining a movement to revitalize a historic building and strengthen the cultural life of our community. 12 feet deep by 20 feet wide (about 240 square feet).

Spaces Available

• Performance Hall – A flexible space with a 12' x 10' wooden stage and seating for 100+ guests. Perfect for concerts, theater, poetry, and community events.

• Exhibition Space– Gallery-style space accommodates flat-work and sculpture for art shows and installations.

• Classrooms – Two adaptable rooms ideal for workshops, meetings, and small group activities.

• Private Conference Room – Perfect for brainstorming sessions, creative meetings, or intimate discussions.
